Adult Art Class Trial Session

Service Description

A one off trial lesson can be used as a gentle introductory to the art class to explore your artistic skills in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A prepared art demonstration will be shown at the start using a selected painting medium for you to explore. All art equipment and materials are provided for the lesson and personal guidance and support will be on hand throughout. (COVID-19 Government Guidance is followed and in place) If you enjoy the trial lesson you will have the opportunity to book a further block of 4 lessons.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds . After booking and payment has been made the customer has a cooling off period of 7 working days to make a cancellation if they so wish in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. . A full refund will be provided if the request is made within 7 days of the initial booking. If a cancellation is made during the project time-frame, then no refund is given. . Our tutors/teachers will try their best to catch up with the person who misses a session. . A credit for one missed session can be issued if an absence was confirmed with the teacher/tutor at least 24 hours prior to the class taking place. . If for any reason a session is cancelled by the art teacher/tutor, a credit or a refund will be issued. . If a session is cancelled due to unscheduled venue closures, or if the venue decides to cancel a session, then alternative class options will be given to the customer, or credit will be given. No refund will be given. . In extreme weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel the session at short notice to ensure the safety of all involved in the art session. Alternative dates will be laid on at a later date to compensate or credit will be given. No refunds will be given.
