Service Description

Let us help you celebrate your special occasion a creative way. Choose a theme and select an art activity. Get in touch to discuss your themes and activities for your art party to suit your requirements. Venue of your choice, we come to your booked location or home. All art materials and equipment for the art party is provided, including aprons and table covers. Art Party lasts 2 hours, includes time to set up at start & tidy up at the end. £50 non refundable deposit to secure your date of choice. Deposit deductible from the balance due on the day of occasion. Date of occasion can be amended provided 2 weeks notice is provided. BACS or Cash accepted on the day. £15 per child, minimum number 8, maximum 15 £30 per adult, minimum number 8, maximum 15 Our most popular choices for art activities involve: *Canvas painting, acrylic or watercolour paint on canvas *Textile painting, printing, stitching, surface decoration, on fabric or tote bags *Tie Dye T-Shirts, using powdered tie dye on cotton t-shirts *Air dry clay, clay pictures or model making And more……

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds . After booking and payment has been made the customer has a cooling off period of 7 working days to make a cancellation if they so wish in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. . A full refund will be provided if the request is made within 7 days of the initial booking. If a cancellation is made during the project time-frame, then no refund is given. . Our tutors/teachers will try their best to catch up with the person who misses a session. . A credit for one missed session can be issued if an absence was confirmed with the teacher/tutor at least 24 hours prior to the class taking place. . If for any reason a session is cancelled by the art teacher/tutor, a credit or a refund will be issued. . If a session is cancelled due to unscheduled venue closures, or if the venue decides to cancel a session, then alternative class options will be given to the customer, or credit will be given. No refund will be given. . In extreme weather conditions we reserve the right to cancel the session at short notice to ensure the safety of all involved in the art session. Alternative dates will be laid on at a later date to compensate or credit will be given. No refunds will be given.
